The GUF model is a pedestal, round vandal-proof water spout with a type 304 stainless steel bowl, 1.27 mm thick, set in a base of reinforced concrete finished with gravel aggregate. The unit is activated by a self-closing button on the front, with a required pressure of less than 2 kg. The button opens an internal valve with a flow regulator and adjustable adjustment. The spout is made of polished stainless steel and provides a steady stream of water at a pressure range of 1.4 to 7.2 bar. The unit complies with the following US regulations: NSF/ANSI Standard 61, Item 9, Lead Protection Act 111-380 and CHSC 116875. The unit must be mounted on a stable base that provides good drainage (recommended concrete slab). It is approved by the PZH (Polish National Institute of Hygiene) and bears the B safety mark for construction products (ITB - Institute of Building Technology).
